Returns Policy

With the exception of standing orders and separate arrangements with our sales staff, Paris Legal Publishers grants six months right of return. Permission to return should be requested in writing, books must be in resalable condition, and a copy of the original invoice and/or full invoice details, including your account number, price, discount, invoice number and date of invoice must be included

Customer tax status

If you are a customer in Europe and qualify for Value Added Tax (VAT) reversed-charge status, please mail or fax your VAT registration number.

If you are a customer in the United States and you qualify for sales (use) tax-exempt status, please mail or fax a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate, Direct Pay Permit, or Resale Certificate.

Regular Shipping

For customers outside the Netherlands we charge shipping fees The shipping rates vary depending on the destination. The shipping rate information specific to your order's destination will be visible in the overview of your order, after you have selected a country from the list of destinations.

Subscription

Subscription period for online and online&print products follow the calendar year.

Subscription period for print products can start anytime.

Cancelation of subscription:  one month before the end of the subscription period

Paris Legal Publishers reserves the right to modify all terms and conditions.
